Since obtaining the ISO 9001 Certification in 2000, KLAM has been committed with a continuous improvement in the quality of every single element of its organization. We have introduced improvements and developed new quality systems that have helped us to renew the ISO Certification, the ISO-TS Certification and, finally the IATF Certification.
The IATF 16949 Certification is the norm about quality management in the automotive industry. The Certification describes the development and manufacturing process of different products and components for such Industry, and in order to achieve the Certification requirements, suppliers must comply with certain specifications and norms in the manufacturing process, already determined.
The objective of being certified and continuing the renewal process of this Quality Certification is, and will be, to achieve complete satisfaction from our customers and to achieve full confidence regarding efficiency, and safety of the KLAM retarders.
KLAM RETARDER Quality Policy is focused on the fulfilment of the demands and expectations of is clients and other pertinent involved parties. This is a key condition to keep the company success, being vital the direct participation of all the functional areas.
